Requesting for a Refund on Afromile

Eligibilty

You will be automatically eligible for a refund on Afromile
- If you purchased an item on Afromile using any type of payment method
- If the package you purchased on Afromile gets canceled

You will not be eligible for a refund if:
- The package you intend to claim a refund for has not been canceled and is expired.

Refund Payment Method
- Your refund for your claim, if eligible, shall be made within a maximum of five work days.
- The refunding method will be the same as the method you used for the purchase of the
package. As such

- If you paid in monetary value, the refund will be made in monetary value if the
original payment method was in monetary value.
- If you purchased the item using your Afromile Miles, your refund will be in Afromile
Miles
- Once your refund claim has been submitted, it might take up to 5 work days to
process
- If your refund is made in Miles, your mile count will get back to the amount it was
before you purchased the refunded package/item

Management Fees
-
No management fees shall be deducted from your payment amount for a refund you
claimed on a canceled event.
- A management fee of 25% shall be deducted from the payment you made if you are
requesting a refund for a purchased package without the package/offer being canceled.
